论文摘要：This study presents how an instructional approach, which incorporated Google Docs and blended learning process on the development of collaborative action research, has been implemented into one educational technology course at a university in the northeastern region of the United States. The effectiveness of such an instructional approach on various forms of teacher’s knowledge among participants has been examined. Discussion and conclusion of enhancing collaborative action research and multidimensional knowledge among pre- and in-service teachers for educational technology courses are included.
